Delivery Policy

1. Order & Payment Confirmation
When you complete checkout on our website, a quotation is generated and you will receive the bank transfer details required to process your payment.
To confirm your order, please complete the bank transfer and submit your payment receipt through the provided upload option. Our finance team will verify the receipt — this typically takes 30 to 45 minutes during business hours. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation message and your order will be formally created and acknowledged.
A delivery schedule will be confirmed and communicated to you only after your order has been created and product availability has been verified by our operations team.
2. Delivery Location, Product Specifications & Order Changes
Delivery will be carried out to the location, and in the sizes and quantities, specified at the time the order is confirmed.
Any request to change the delivery location, product size, or quantity after order confirmation will be treated as a modification request and is subject to availability of the requested items, operational feasibility given the current delivery schedule, and any additional transportation, handling, or other charges that may apply as a result of the change.
We recommend confirming all delivery and specification details carefully before final order confirmation to avoid delays or additional costs.
3. Delivery Timeline, Unloading & Site Access
The expected delivery time is 2 business days from the date the order is confirmed and dispatched, subject to stock availability, location, and operational conditions.
The buyer is responsible for arranging all necessary unloading equipment and manpower required to receive the materials at the delivery site. Al Yusr Oman is not responsible for unloading materials at the delivery location. Delivery personnel will offload at the vehicle's immediate offloading point only; any movement of materials beyond that point is the buyer's responsibility.
The buyer must also ensure safe and adequate access to the delivery site for the delivery vehicle, including a stable road surface, sufficient clearance, and compliance with any site-specific entry requirements. The unloading area must be ready and accessible upon the vehicle's arrival.
4. Quantity, Quality Verification & Returns
At the time of delivery, the buyer or an authorized representative must be present to inspect and verify the quantity of materials delivered, the size and specification against what was ordered, and the visible condition of the materials.
Any shortage, damage, or discrepancy must be reported immediately and recorded in writing on the delivery note at the time of delivery, with acknowledgment from both parties.
Once the delivery note has been signed and the materials accepted, no returns or claims will be entertained. Buyers are advised to inspect all materials thoroughly before signing the delivery document.
5. Waiting Time & Additional Charges
Waiting time or additional charges may apply, to be borne by the buyer, in circumstances including but not limited to delay in unloading at the delivery site, site inaccessibility at the time of arrival, customer-related delays in receiving the order, or additional trips required due to changes in delivery requirements after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to stock availability, operational conditions, traffic, weather, and vehicle availability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays as early as possible.
